Dear Dr. Kassin,
I hope you received the birth announcement and photo I sent you recently. My husband and I are so thankful for what you have done for us. About three months after having the tubal reversal surgery, we conceived. Unfortunately, we miscarried after 8 weeks.
One of the doctors told us that tubal reversal surgeries work less than 40% of the time, and if you do manage to conceive, the chances of a tubal pregnancy are very high. He did not have much of anything positive to say. Thank goodness he was wrong.
Not only did we manage to conceive again, but we were able to carry to full term, and give birth to a perfectly healthy, beautiful baby girl. Thank you so much for giving us the most wonderful gift in the world, the ability to have our little miracle baby.
Carmen Angelique was born on Friday, January 13, 2006, weighing 6lbs. 15oz., and 21 inches long. She is absolutely perfect in every way. And we thank God every day for her!
